The enquiry tool
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, optional business or website details and message to Zoe at zstimpson@gmail.com. The form uses a Cloudflare Worker to validate the request and send an email to that inbox. Form entries are not stored in a separate website database.
When you email
Your name, email address, business details and message are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Please do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive details in your initial enquiry.
Enquiry information is used to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where relevant, to manage business correspondence. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable record keeping requirements.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission appears to come from a person. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser information for this security check. A hidden spam trap and submission limits also help prevent abuse. Enquiry content is not included in routine application logs; technical security logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
Website services
The site uses hosting services to deliver its pages. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical information when your browser requests font files. This site does not include advertising or marketing analytics scripts.
Your choices
You can ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to relevant processing by emailing zstimpson@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
